By accessing and using the services provided by cosmity Ltd ("cosmity", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our cash flow management services.
cosmity Ltd is a company registered in Ireland with registration number CRO975314, VAT number IE9782346T, located at Dame Street 7, Kilkenny, R92 5518, Leinster, Ireland. We specialise in providing cash flow management services and business financial consulting to companies throughout Ireland.
cosmity provides professional cash flow management services including but not limited to: cash flow analysis and forecasting, financial planning and strategy, risk management consulting, business financial consulting, and related advisory services. All services are provided subject to the terms and conditions outlined in individual service agreements and these general terms.

Payment terms for cosmity services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. cosmity reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after appropriate notice.
All content, materials, methodologies, software, and intellectual property provided by cosmity remain the exclusive property of cosmity Ltd. This includes but is not limited to proprietary analysis methods, software tools, templates, reports, and documentation. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for their internal business purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of cosmity's intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.
cosmity acknowledges that in the course of providing services, we may have access to confidential and proprietary information of our clients. We agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent. This obligation continues indefinitely, even after termination of services.
cosmity's services are provided on an advisory basis. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable advice, we make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cosmity's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. cosmity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
cosmity maintains professional standards in accordance with Irish business and financial regulations. However, our services do not constitute legal advice, and clients should consult with qualified legal professionals for legal matters. We recommend that clients also consult with their accountants and other professional advisors when implementing financial strategies.
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
cosmity is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice as specified in individual service agreements. cosmity reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or if continuation of services would violate applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable, and each party shall return or destroy confidential information of the other party.
cosmity shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, cosmity will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume normal service delivery as soon as practicable.
cosmity reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes affecting existing service agreements, we will provide reasonable notice to affected clients.
These terms of service, together with our Privacy Policy and any individual service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and cosmity regarding the use of our services. These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
